Do you first need some time to wind down, to get out of your everyday life, out of the stress?


Do you have difficulty sleeping, concentrating, or feel tense?


I support you in returning to your body in the here and now and thereby gathering strength:


- Through guided meditations

- Through relaxing massages

- Through visualizations


Just like with the yoga sessions, an initial ritual (approx. 10 minutes) is part of the session to let everyday life, stress and worries rest.


You are also welcome to bring in your own ideas for relaxation.
